Comme Des Garcons Cupcakes

remember dewi whom i made her engagements cupcakes..
now she's ordering for her bff bday, his name is bosney he likes comme des garcon label..
dewi explained some things about bosney so i can get inspired to make his cupcakes..
i decided to stick with comme des garcons theme, after browsing the net i found out the logo is the heart with eyes..
that's what the 3 cupcakes on top is pretty much about..
the second row is the polkadot bag, the perfume, the t-shirt and the crocodile skin pouch..
the last row is the name bosney itself..
dewi asked for 13 cupcakes in total and they were all chocolate..

i got recommended by my GOOD AWESOME friend, rendhy *thank u kiss kiss*
for his friend who's looking for a place to make good cupcakes, it was quite urgent but i managed to finish the toppers and cupcakes in time..
i couldn't take proper pics..the close up ones..
anyways here they are:
- 1 red heart box ring with two rings in them
- D&A initials
- 6 leaves: 3 with mini roses on them, 3 with big roses on them
- 6 lil flowers: 3 blue ones and 3 assorted purple
- 4 heart with rings on them
- 6 cloud with xoxo on them

bad pictures = rushed = it was 6 am *yawn*
orders from mbak evi in trinidad for her family in bintaro..
it's for her niece, xyla..
she wanted it to be girly but without pink..
i swear i browsed my way through a lot of pics..

its just so hard to do girly without pink..
i came across this design from flickr..
imitated some and made others from my own thinking..
and voila..

"Happy Birthday Sara" Cupcakes

a dozen red velvet and half dozen lemon cupcakes

this was edna's order again..
this is for her lil' sis bday her name is sara..
she wanted cupcakes that spelled "happy birthday sara" so she ordered one dozen red velvet and half dozen lemon cupcakes..
the "happy birthday sara" is molded out of dark chocolate, since sara doesn't like white chocolate..
the red velvet is topped with a "poop"like swirl with a single red heart sprinkle on top and the lemon is topped with a dome shape frosting with a single red heart sprinkle..

as usual she was very specific with what she wanted, so this order wasn't hard at all..
and there's something with the red-white-dark chocolate color combination that looks sophisticated for a young adult's bday..
maybe i just like the simplicity :D

she asked for 4 different frostings: the green is mint, the yellow is cheese, the white is vanilla and the chocolate of course is chocolate DUH! hehehe..

Red Velvet Cupcakes for Meda

this is meda's order half dozen of red velvet with creme cheese frosting cupcakes..

i bbmed her this pic and she said "LUCU BANGET SAN!"
hopefully the cupcakes not only looks cute but also taste good..

oh with this order i learned how to make a proper cream cheese frosting..
the first time i made it, the frosting was runny, it was horrible..
and after searching on the internet of what could be my mistake..
turns out..
YOU HAVE TO GET THE CREAM CHEESE AND BUTTER in ROOM TEMPERATURE, NOT STRAIGHT OUT OF THE FRIDGE HAHA! :D

well that's what mistakes are for, so you can learn to fix them :P *bakul kue menghibur diri*
