CHOCOLATE SOUFFLE WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE MINT CREAM

these are the new flavor!!
chocolate souffle which is basically a flour-less chocolate cake topped with whipped cream with melted white chocolate and a tad of mint extract..
so the inside is like a bread pudding or inside of a chocolate melt..
with the souffle cup you only get 9 cupcakes..
how did it taste?
i finished three of them by myself :D

EGG TARTS

egg tarts are known as pie susu in indonesia..
i don't know why but they just don't translate right hehe..
anyways, this is our new product..
aside from cupcakes we're also making other baking goods..
these are Hong Kong style egg tart which is different from the Portuguese style..
from what i read the Portuguese style has a pastry base, the Hong Kong style has a pie-like base..
